Why We Love Rossmoor
We love Rossmoor and its surrounding communities for many different reasons. Each city gives a unique perspective on how Southern California came to be and is diverse in its populations, landscapes, history, and attractions. Our offices are located near Rossmoor and serve its community as well as surrounding areas.
Rossmoor is considered a census-designated part of Orange County and is home to many single-family homes and a large gated retirement community called Leisure World. While it’s a smaller community, it is still one we love in the area and can use our urgent care services.
The weather in Rossmoor has been said to have “Mediterranean characteristics” which is likely why so many people choose to retire here – a little piece of the Mediterranean in Southern California.
One unique thing about the Rossmoor community is the “signature wall” made of red brick that surrounds its community to separate it from neighboring cities. You’ll know when you’re in Rossmoor when you see the red brick wall.
Once known for its pedestrian shopping and neighborhood malls, the Rossmoor Village Square is still a popular spot that gets renovated every so often to keep up with retail trends.
