Yes. NAD+ IV is appointment-only — and first-time patients also need a brief consultation before their first session, so we can confirm dose, contraindications, and what to expect.
It rapidly raises NAD+ levels in your bloodstream, supporting cellular energy production, DNA repair, and mitochondrial function — all of which decline with age. Reported effects include increased energy, mental clarity, and recovery, though the strongest clinical evidence is for addiction recovery and certain neurodegenerative protocols, not general wellness.
No. NAD+ is not FDA-approved as a treatment for any specific medical condition. We administer it off-label as a wellness infusion. We disclose that up front so you can make an informed decision.
Subjective effects are typically reported for 5–14 days after a single 500–1000 mg session. Cellular NAD+ levels normalize within hours; downstream effects on mitochondria and DNA repair appear to last longer. Loading protocols tend to produce more durable effects.
Because pushing NAD+ fast causes the niacin flush — chest tightness, GI cramping, headache. We drip slowly (2–4 hours, depending on dose and tolerance) to keep the infusion comfortable. Clinics that push 1000 mg in under an hour are saving chair time at your expense.
A "fullness" or pressure in the chest is the most common sensation. Slowing the drip resolves it within 30 seconds. Some patients feel mild GI cramping or nausea (we keep Zofran on standby), and many notice vivid dreams the following night.
$529 for a 500 mg session, $699 for a 1000 mg session. For comparison, mobile NAD+ in the greater LA market typically runs higher per session — we're priced lower because we don't carry a delivery overhead.
Common: niacin flush (slow drip resolves), chest tightness, GI cramping, mild nausea, headache, fatigue afterward. Less common: vivid dreams, flu-like feeling for 24–48 hours. Rare: bruising at the IV site, allergic reaction.
For first-time loading: a 4–6 session protocol over 2 weeks. For maintenance: monthly or quarterly, depending on goals. Most patients don't exceed once-weekly maintenance.
Many patients do. Oral NMN or NR provides daily baseline support; NAD+ IV provides periodic loading doses. We can recommend a combined protocol that fits your goals and budget at your consultation.
No. NAD+ IV is a wellness infusion and is self-pay. Talk to your tax pro about HSA/FSA eligibility.
